Agreement of Voluntary Move Out / Surrender

This document shall become effective upon (1) signature by both parties (landlord and tenant); (2) the surrender of all keys, access cards, PINs, or other access devices to the property; and (3) the removal of all personal items from the property. By signing this document you have voluntarily agreed to vacate the premises below, and as of the date of this signing you are officially given notice that you have no license, authority, landlord-tenant relationship, or other lawful reason to be present on the property without the express written permission of the property owner.
