Important legal notice provided pursuant to N.C.G.S. §42-14.

This Notice is provided pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes §42-14 and any applicable provisions of the Lease Agreement. The Landlord hereby elects not to renew the Lease Agreement currently in effect for the premises identified below. This Notice serves as formal written notification that the Tenant's right of possession shall terminate on the date specified herein. The Tenant is required to vacate the premises and surrender full possession as provided below. Failure to comply may result in additional rental charges, holdover damages, court costs, attorney's fees (if applicable), and legal action including summary ejectment.
